While driving home last night along the Eunos stretch of PIE..
I SAW THAT STUPID WHITE SUBARU AGAIN!
I can never ever forget such a car with a weekend plate and that man's face.

His car was stopped at the road shoulder and he was out of the car, looking ahead.
As I drove slightly further on, I saw a Chevrolet being towed away.

CRAP!
Although all the cars were cleared by the time i drove past, seeing the Chevrolet being towed away made me very certain he was the cause of it!

How coincident can this be?
The same man and the same car, the same stretch of highway...
Plus it's night time, so could he and his accomplice take advantage of the driver's night blindness?
Besides, is it such a coincidence that he was travelling on the road at the same time the accident occured?

Damn those con-men!


Accident!!

Had a chain collison on the PIE on Saturday -_-
Stacy braked in time but the darn yellow city cab didnt.
the cab hit us from the back and the impact made us hit the car in front.
poor swift.

got a feeling that the accident was all planned.
the moment Stacy and I got out the car, 2/3 men in a weekend plate white subaru stopped and informed all 4 affected cars that they were car mechanics.
They told us that they can do the claiming of insurance for us, and better if ALL 4 CARS go to their place for servicing. SCREW THEM.
We ignored them and waited for our own help.

We trust our own mechanics over them anytime.

I'm gonna keep an eye on any chain collisons if i were to passby one.
And see if the same guys from the white subaru are at the scene.
If so, i'm certain they are stupid con-men.

Despite all the drama-rama, we still went ahead to JB for go-karting. hahahaha..

Well as demanded by Terence, I guess i had to blog a lil on our trip to 3 Monkeys where Kumar was performing. Was there with Chelle and Ter, and bumped into some of my other friends. Singapore is too small a country.

Kumar came on stage with 2 of 'her' other drag queens. I must say Kumar looks gorgeous! "She's" got silky straight hair, 'her' expression and poise are more feminine than me. 'Her' jokes are simply hilarious, be it on current news, politics, racism and sex. People should go there with a fantastic sense of humor in order not to feel offended in any way.

Watched a video by Justin Timberlake.. I loved it! Totally hilarious! He looks kinda odd in the video though. He won an emmy award for this song. Gotta give it to him for the creative and original lyrics.

Last week, I attended Gwen Stefani 'The Sweet Escape' Concert with Jay. I've made a huge mistake of leaving my camera at home for Christina's, so this time I had to make sure I snapped lotsa photos!



The concert started off with Gwen performing 'The Sweet Escape', which got the whole stadium on its feet.





Popular hits from her previous album were performed as well, such as 'Cool', 'What are you waiting for', and 'Luxurious'. I totally loved 'Hollaback girl' where Gwen made all the girls scream and stand on their feet to that club favourite song.



Not forgetting 'Wind it up' and '4 in the morning', which got everyone going mad as that are Gwen's recent hits. I've a video of Gwen performing '4 in the morning', but it only last for a minute though..



The coolest part is when Gwen ran to the middle of the stadium, standing on this small podium.



And when the next song starts, she ran to the audience!





Too bad, I'm not those lucky bunch of people who got close to her.

Overall, fantastic show and it's totally worth it.


It has been announced that 4 new ERP gantries will be installed at various locations. Not only that, they have extend the timing by 4 hours on CTE! The big shot explained that ERP is the only way to deal with congestion problem, if not roads will be over-used.

Whose fault then? Bus and train fares have been increasing almost yearly and we're expecting another hike in October. Despite paying more, I don't see any improvement in their services. I guess the hike allows the operators in earning more profits. (http://theonlinecitizen.com/2007/07/26/403/)

Naturally, more people will rather get a car as it might be cheaper on the overall. So how now? People are stuck at both sides, either pay for expensive bus or train fares, or pay for ERP.

Now, together with the new GST, people are working even harder to earn a living as staying on this island is getting expensive. And there came a news that the withdrawal age for CPF is going to be adjusted from 62 to 65. With people working so hard, I wonder if they will live long enough to be able to spend their retirement fund.

Will the withdrawal age hit 75 by the time it's our generation's turn?

So... I went to an eye clinic to get my infected eye a check.

Doc finally came in at: 8.25pm (a bloody long wait)
My turn at: 8.30pm
Ended at: 8.35pm

Bloody hell. Such a long wait and its over and done with in less then 5 mins!

A FREAKING TOTAL OF $95 + GST = $101.65!!!

Screw that clinic and that one hell of a doc! BAH!!


I'm going for Gwen Stefani's concert. 90 bucks for a pair! though it's just balcony seats, i'm sure the experience is worth it!

I bought 'The Sweet Escape' album and set '4 in the morning' as my ringtone. I'm sooo in the mood!

Just went to test drive the new Mitsubishi Lancer Ex with Jay. Looks wise is pretty cool but the performance was a disappointment. However, the Subaru WRX's interior looks pretty outdated but performance highly exceeds my expectation. The ride was smooth as well as the change of gears, and the speed was tops. The auto was just as good as the manual. But the manual is a tad too fast and 'dangerous'.

Yikes! think I've got an eye infection. =\


I had 2 'donut dreams' over the past few days.

Scenario 1:
I was running around searching for a donut store in a crowded shopping mall.

Screnario 2:
I went to queue even before the store is opened for business.

Anyway, I had my first taste of the popular donuts from donut factory last weekend. Stacy queued 1hr 40mins for them! I thought of doing that, but never have the time. Or simply, the queue turns me off. But, Jco ones still tastes nicer... all so fluffy and soft.. *drools*

This week's issue of 8 days has an article on all the donut stores on our little island. Guess I might try them out!


I've finally changed my blog skin. Just luv it! It's so old hollywood glamour.

Didn't have much sleep this week. It all started on last Saturday where I met min, jo and jour for dinner. Food at sushi tei was sumptuous. With no plans in mind after dinner, we decided to hang out at jour's place, picking up edric and jason along the way. Till late, the guys played mahjong and the girls giggled throughout the games of nintendo wii. The new nintendo console is just so interactive and extremely fun to play. Min and I were addicted to it. We gorged on the many flavours of ice cream chefs. The hot favourite was strawberry with froot loops and shortbread. Delicious!

Without much sleep from saturday night, I was like a walking zombie on Sunday. Woke up early to accompany jay with his parents for some shopping. By the time i reached home it was almost midnight..

And I had to wake up early for work the next day! Went to Parkway Parade to meet min and nicolas on Tuesday, popped by ice cream chefs again to satisfy our sweet tooth and headed off to east coast park. On wednesday, helped jay to paint his room and on thursday, watched Harry Potter with some complimentary tix.. and it was all way past midnight by the time i got home! Imagine dark circles and the amount of caffeine i took at work. Was darn happy that the weekend was finally here to catch up on some sleep.

I'm meeting min again later! Wonder what the plans are... wondering what to wear.. hmmm.

Cos I just learnt that my colleague is resigning. And I'm very certain I have to learn all the ropes by end may before she leaves.. The job, is not what i like or even wanted.

Worst, without her around, the office will be turned topsy turvy upside down at the initial stage.

Yes, life can be adjusted and settled down with time..

BUT FUCKING HELL I HAVE NO TIME NOR AM I INTERESTED TO ADJUST COS I HAVE FUCKING EXAM IN EARLY JUNE AND I HAVE TO TAKE LEAVE TO STUDY. SO NOW THE QUESTION IS DO I HAVE THE FUCKING ENERGY OR STRENGTH TO STUDY AND WORK AT THE TIME WHEN THE OFFICE IS IN TURMOIL!?!?

Anyway, Jay got stalked by a crazy guy in Raffle's Place Jason's marketplace. Jay walked past him and that nuttie did a 360 deg turn on the spot and started following him. Damn shocked. I walked quickly and stopped in front of nuttie but he continued instead. Jay managed to dodge him and we left the place. I turned around and saw nuttie looking at Jay from the supermarket's entrance. If nuttie continued to follow us, I would have confronted him..

'Eh, what you want!', and gave him a slight push on the arm.

Crazy fella..
